PLEASE NOTE: Abstracts submission deadline expires on APRIL 3, 2009.
Participants are invited to submit poster abstracts for any one of the three conference sessions using the online form below. There is no fee for abstract submission. Only one poster may be submitted by a participant and the relevant conference session must be indicated. Abstracts must be written in English and must describe original work. Abstract size is limited to 500 words.
The organizers will select a number of abstracts for oral presentation during the program.
Student Travel Scholarships
Graduate students/postsdocs submitting the best abstracts will each receive free registration and a $500 scholarship. We anticipate a minimum of 10 scholarship winners. To be eligible for this scholarship the graduate student or postdoc must be the presenting author and attend the conference. The winners will be selected by the conference organizers and will be announced after April 24, 2009.
To register for the symposium, you must first create an account with our system. You will be asked for you name, affiliation and contact information. Once your account has successfully been created, you will be given instructions for paying the registration fee. All you will need to do is send a check; once your payment has been recieved you will be notified via email and your registration will be complete.
To submit an abstract for a poster or talk, you must create an account with our system. You will then be able to create and edit your submissions through this website.
